「Pool was closed and carpet in hall is lumpy. Staff is nice and helpful. Laundry was clean.」

「The property changed our reserved room without notification. Once we were checked in and saw the room and brought it to their attention, then they offered a discount.」

「Hotel is full of long term tenants. Hallways smell like marijuana and other drugs being burnt. Police were called to remove drunk occupant at 2:30am which turned into a standoff. The room above us had a huge fight that woke us up at 2:20am. This hotel is not safe. We left at 2:45am and continued our drive to the east coast. I am requesting a refund.」

「One night stay. Arrived early, no rooms available told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes watched 2 people check in with none available yet for us. 20 minutes later gal at the desk got us a room. Everything new bright clean. No Issues. Great breakfast. Waited 10 minutes at desk to check out. No one present finally 3 or 4 of the people waiting just left the keys and walked out. 8:30AM the front desk of a sold out hotel and no one present.」

「Everything was clean, the staff were all kind, very helpfull and knowledgeable about the property. The pool is big and 5ft deep and q end. They have a wonderful jacuzzi in the pool room as well as a beautiful sauna and work out room. I wish I could have extended my stay but I had to go the next night.
