"I love staying at the DeSoto. The staff is fantastic! The rooms are nice and clean. Excellent bar and restaurant. It's very close to great restaurants and some cool bars. Highly recommend!!"

"Don’t stay in any of the rooms with 11… we were given 411 and I could touch the elevator with a broomstick. Luckily the front desk changed it for us. Otherwise great stay. Drinks from the bar were good. Not too far of a walk from the best spots in downtown. Would stay here again. "

"Under construction, elevators slow but overall great place conveniently located and super clean and friendly. Definitely recommend staying!"

"Staff was really nice. Good location. But we had a terrible experience with the valet. The night shift valet gave everyone their keys to take back to their rooms then packed the cars so close, you couldn’t easily move it out.So at four in the morning when we had to leave for our flight, the dayshift valet didn’t have the keys to any of the cars nor did he know the room numbers to those vehicles. We literally had to spend an hour trying to inch our car out of a very tight space because we had no other option. If it wasn’t for the caring and helpful day shift valet, I would’ve given this a one star review. "

"The hotel was in a great location for everything we did. It was clean, good breakfast options, friendly staff. The public parking garage was right behind the hotel so we did not pay for valet. Unfortunately the mattress wreaked havoc on our backs but not every person can use the same mattress. Overall happy with our choice but our mattress requirements are the only reason we would not be able to stay again. "
