「Everything was fine.」

「The window in my room had blinds built into the glass, but none of them worked and there were no other blinds to compensate. The first night I was there the light over the bathroom sink did not work, though it was fixed the next night and nothing was said. The coffee for the breakfast bar/lobby was absolutely the worst. I don't think it was really coffee. The second day the coffee urn put out hot slightly brown water. I didn't even try to taste it. Food items would run out and no one...

「Room was clean. Pool needed resurfaced which was planned otherwise clean. The door to get into the pool is a pain at best. You’ll need a tutorial. The staff member however was uptight and less than helpful.」

「I was traveling with a friend and my grandkids and we all enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well staffed. Beds are comfortable and hotel was quiet. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a nice variety for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying overnight in Sault Ste. Marie MI.」

「Breakfast was good. The room was recently renovated and it was very clean.」

「Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it. Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.」
