"Hotel was good for what it is, a cheaper, budget type hotel. It was fairly modern and new, clean and lots of parking. It is located next to a busy road that youc an hear cars go by all the time depending where your room is. The room was decent size and fairly comfortable bed. The air situation left a little to be desired but it was okay. The hotel is a little far away from highways to Chicago if that matters to you. Overall for a cheap hotel in the suburbs the hotel will meet your needs if...

"Courtney made this stay wonderful. She accommodated us and gave us a better room. Considering we stayed at the other best western on Grant Park, it was the worst night I ever had the bed was. Terrible and when I told her of the conditions, she made sure that we had a nice room. I was very thankful"
