「The air conditioner was rattling and very loud. There was something above the bathroom ceiling that sounded like water running that never shut off. When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter. The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean.」

「We stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend. We are so grateful to have found this place! It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Our 2 dogs were welcomed with a low nightly pet fee! The hot tub was amazing. We will definitely be back!」

「They made sure to message us about latest possible arrival times so that we didn’t show up too late. Provided a phone number to call about our eta. All was good at this place, and old-timers will enjoy the decor and look.」

「Hot water was not working. Advised staff who sent someone to fix it. We were told we'd have hot water in 15 minute, it took 40 minutes for even a Luke warm shower. By this time the water pressure with the warm water was a trickle. Advised staff about this and the fact the shower was dirty with used washclothes from previous tenant. No credit or sincere apologies were made. Very disappointed.」

「What a great location for exploring Salida, right on the river, just off F street. An unusual location on the second story of an historic building (only for those able and willing to climb the stairs to the units.) The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the balcony looking over the river is a great place to enjoy the views. Good AC, and quiet. We feel so lucky we found this mini hotel which is run like an Airbnb. Easy to contact the manager who is very helpful.」
