Rooms were nice and were clean. Check out was 10 am which was a bit early. Hot tubs are by reservation only which some may like but doesn’t work well for me. I’d prefer to just show up and get in the hot tub when I have time instead of having to schedule it

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Only down side is the heating/AC units need updated/replace as they are much louder than other hotels, making it a little difficult to sleep when they kick on.
