"In General the room was nice and clean. One of the Twin bed is inside a closet. "

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"少しだけ入り口が見つけにくかったですが、ナビ通りに向かえば問題なくたどり着けます。 周りにパーキングも多く、大体24時間上限900円で、すぐ上限行くので1泊900円くらいです。 コンビニも近く便利だし、室内もキレイで快適にすごせました。 バスタオルや各種食器類やフライパンなどもあるので、子供たちの朝ごはんはスーパーで用意したものでパパっと作れます。 油や調味料はないので、必要であれば小さい調味料を持っていると便利かもです。 小学生と幼稚園の子ども2人含めた家族4人で快適に過ごせました！おすすめです！"

"Location is wonderful, such a beautiful building. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the park is what makes this place so special, truly one of the best central city parks I’ve seen. Sad to see that it Will be closing next year."
