Located in a residential district with narrow streets and no sidewalks. The parking is two short blocks away at a commercial lot without in/out privileges. Costco Hiroshima is in walking distance. Overall, we liked the nontouristy experience. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable.

とても清潔で便利でした。徒歩圏内にスーパーもあり、一階はセコマがありました。ただ一つ、到着日が酷い雪で駐車場の番号が雪に埋もれて探すのに非常に苦労しました。部屋に行ってからマップを見つけましたが、予め駐車場のマップをメールで頂ければ有り難かったかと思います。

大変快適な札幌旅行となりました。 部屋に清潔感があり、トイレ、洗面所、お風呂が別で、洗濯機、掃除機まで設置されたワンルームマンションの居心地の良さを感じました。 気になったこととしましては、シングルベッドのマットレスのスプリングが固かったこと、お風呂が見た目より狭かったこと（シャワールームとしては全く問題ないです）、それと、たまたまかもしれませんが、夜間に上下どちらかの階の方の話し声が響いたことでした。滞在中の1夜だけでしたので同様の旅行者だったのでしょうか。 住んでいらっしゃる方も礼儀正しく、エレベーターも譲り合いながら会釈してくださり、本当に気持ちの良い旅行となりました。 次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思います。
