"Rooms were clean but abit dated. Good stay overall. Onsite parking is convenient "

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

"壁の汚れ、埃だらけ、エレベーターを降りた廊下の臭いには辟易とした。気持ち悪いので自分で持参した除菌シートで触れるところは拭いてからしか触れなかった。フロア等々、薄暗くて夜間は怖かった。地下鉄駅やスーパーなどは徒歩圏内にあり立地は思っていたより良かった。電話での問い合わせに対してはあまり親切さは感じなかった。 "

"風呂、トイレなど水回りが綺麗とは言えないというか、古さを感じる。 それ以外は快適な部屋。"

"少しだけ入り口が見つけにくかったですが、ナビ通りに向かえば問題なくたどり着けます。 周りにパーキングも多く、大体24時間上限900円で、すぐ上限行くので1泊900円くらいです。 コンビニも近く便利だし、室内もキレイで快適にすごせました。 バスタオルや各種食器類やフライパンなどもあるので、子供たちの朝ごはんはスーパーで用意したものでパパっと作れます。 油や調味料はないので、必要であれば小さい調味料を持っていると便利かもです。 小学生と幼稚園の子ども2人含めた家族4人で快適に過ごせました！おすすめです！"

"スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。ただもう少しやり取りが少ないとありがたいと感じました。でもベットも広く、揃うものも揃っています。シャワーの水の勢いが弱いですが、物価高の中ですし、普通に使う分には自分は大丈夫でした。それよりも部屋が広くて快適という印象が一番です。"
