The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes.

民泊は外国人を対象としていると考えるが、 床に髪の毛が散見され、キッチン用液体が枯渇、フローリングワイパーの換えも無しだった。お風呂の洗い場もシャンプー等がこびり付いており、所々が赤くなっていました。 もう少しで良いので、配慮があれば⭐️３つかなと。

Disliked: Cleanliness
部屋の隅に髪の毛や埃の塊が落ちてたり、前回の宿泊客の物と思われるゴミが落ちていたりなど掃除が行き届いていない点、ソファ上のクッションも整列されているとは程遠い並べられ方で、他人の生活感が出ていたのがマイナスです。 ただ、それ以外は気になる点もなく、ベッドカバーやシーツも綺麗にメイキングされていたので、全体的には問題ないと思います。また利用させてもらいたいと思います。
