I had a wonderful stay at South House S. It was a clean well maintained unit with all the basic amenities. I recommend staying here. Lovely accommodation.

安いなりのアパート型ホテルでした。 ドアポストに郵便物が散乱している。 部屋の時計が動いていないない。 ハンドソープの補充切れ。 清掃用具が揃っていない。 無駄な配線、ルーターが多い。 チェックイン時のWi-FiのIDとPassが間違って教えられた。 連絡取りづらく、ショートメールが良さそう。 色々ありましたが、改善してもらえたらまた利用したいです！ ありがとうございました。

Unkempt apartment. The bed linen was dirty and had hair and was not laundered. Internet didn’t work. No lift. Had one too many rules plastered on the wall. Doesn’t befit Sapporo experience or hospitality.

担当の方はとても感じよく対応して下さり良かったのですが、まず入ってすぐに床の各所にゴミ、髪の毛が落ちていました。 また、タオルがあまり清潔感がなく使用できませんでした。施設は悪くないので、そこを改善して頂けたらなと思いました。、

市電での移動が面倒でしたがそれ以外は問題なく過ごせました。 電子レンジがあるもんだと思い込んでいたので 今後あるととてもありがたい

窓型エアコンはついてますが、多分壊れていますので、暑さ対策は扇風機に頼ることになります。幸い、私の滞在時は左程暑くなかったのでやり過ごせましたが、暑いと厳しいと思います。冷蔵庫がないとの口コミがありましたが、冷蔵庫はあり、中も冷えていました。シャンプーとかもあるにはありますが、コスト削減のためか、あんまり量が入っていないので、最後のほうは節約しながら使ってました。あとエレベーターがなく、階段も狭いので、大きくて重い荷物をお持ちの方は覚悟が必要です。全体的にはまあ値段相応ですが、もう一回泊まりたいとは思えない感じでした。

猛暑だった事もありますが、エアコンが無いのはキツかった❗️窓設置の冷風機は、温度設定が出来ずぬるい風しか出ない。窓も少ししか開ける事が出来ず…TVも有りません。

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood. Is close to the street car making it easy to get downtown Sapporo and has enough options for food and grocery nearby as well.
