She was an amazing young lady in helping me book my day tours and yes helping me find another hotel as I messed up and didn't book my last night and their hotel was booked up. She just went the extra mile. Neat hotels this young lady needs to be in management!!!」

「All members of the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They even helped me plan my multi day adventures across the entire island! Having private access to the hot springs was very important as there was no seating in the hot springs! This meant we were able to sit on the stairs without disrupting others.」
