Reception was a bit mixed, forst impression wasnt great, two members of staff on the desk, neither said hello, just carried on. No greating nothing, one looked up and my husband said we were checkin in. From that point the female staff was great. Next day at check out, male staff on reception was the same, I went over, nothing, said good morning and male staff finally looked up, and said good morning. In the bedroom, who came up with the idea to add sound effect to the door lock when it opens? At night you can hear them from the corridor. Bedroom window need a darker bind, room shouls be completely dark so you can have a good night sleep. "

"Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. Hotel is near downtown, not walking dustance. There is a large mall across the street for any shopping you may need."

"Please inform guess they're going to a migrant shelter with no rules, loud music loud guest congrar and talk laugh until wee hours of the morning making it defficult to 😴 saw two roach! 2 🚽 1 🚿 for 16+ room's on ground floor 💡 went out twice in less than a hour, carpet not cleaned pillow case had a huge stain and lumpy😳 sheet's are thin and slip's off the plastic covered matrass 😔 thankfully I travel with my own lining 👍 area is a bit sketchy at night however it was quiet compare to inside ! "I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Very easy check in and friendly staff at reception. Got a dorm and I was the only one fortunately. But the trash had not been cleaned/ taken out from previous guests and the bathroom floor had hair so had not been cleaned. Would recommend curtains for privacy and light blockout for bunk beds"
