"This property is nothing like the photos that you see, other than the exterior. Inside, all of the renovated suites are not renovated. They are dirty inside. I took photos of the stains that were on the curtains, on the walls; everything was very grimy and old. The walls had cracks in them, the tiles around the bathtub had cracks in them. The first room that we were put in before asking to be switched rooms had heavily soiled and stained carpets that smelt like urine. I would not tell anybody to stay here. "

"For being where it was located it was very low grade. Shower wasn’t great which is one thing I enjoy the most during my day. All they had was coffee in the morning. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms have the bones to be great but it could use updating. Shower heads were clogged where they sprayed all over. Beds were comfortable. Walls are thin so you can hear others and the rooms and hallways had a stinky smell. We enjoy comfort suites at other locations and would stay again because they have breakfast and a working hot tub but wish it was updated. "

"The room was very tidy and I will say that the sheets on the bed were very clean and smelled freshly washed. I also enjoy that there was a complimentary wine hour and that the rooftop restaurant was beautiful. Check in was a breeze and stuff was very hospitable."

"Very LA cute outer appearance, easy parking, easy meal option for a nice Denny’s in attached parking lot, good location off the 405, near the 101 and short drive from bustling Encino Commons area. Very helpful & attentive staff. Amenities in the room were a bit inconsistent in that electrical outlets in one area of the room never worked snd the coffee machine didn’t work either (even with outlets that were functional). If I had followed up with staff I expect they would have corrected, but I didn’t have time. Overall, this hotel was a definite win."
