"The room was nice. My only complaint was that we had to push really hard to fully close the door and we didn’t have access to the balcony. The bar and restaurant was great. We would definitely stay here again."

"Honestly have stayed in many Best Wéstern hotels across the Golden state and this one was excellent. Professional staff, clean facilities and safe parking. No breakfast and you have to pay additional fee for Parking but I recommended to my colleagues from work. I do not know much about the surrounding area."

BLVD Hotel and Studios Universal-Hollywood, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good
"Front desk staff was very kind & helpful. They were able to hold our bags after we checked out which was great so we could spend the day at Universal. It was hard to turn the shower on, even with instructions. Free welcome drinks only available from 5p-7p was a bummer so we missed those. Fine hotel, walkable to universal if you are fit, uber is only about $10."
