Although the staff was nice, my stay was rough. It was very cold in the room we were in, and the blankets were thin. The heater didn't work either. I requested more blankets, but they didn't help. The staff came in to help with the heater, assuming that I hadn't turned it on correctly, but I had. It never kicked in. The next day, I mentioned that we almost froze to death, and someone at the desk sarcastically said, "Glad you didn't die." He offered no recourse. For the amount I paid for the room, I would have expected to have a comfortable sleep.

This hotel was once a motor lodge so all the rooms are on exterior corridors. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the common areas were nicely decorated. The bathroom was a little dated and none of the light switches were backlit. This small feature is really helpful when navigating a midnight bathroom trip.
