"One of the staff members were always there for me, his name is Willy. Willy helped me park my rental car, helped me find food and brought it to my room, helped me carry my luggage and he made me feel like home. He even helped me find a taxi cab at night when I didn't want to drive. My bed sheets were always cleaned when I returned to my room at night, I also had cleaned towels and I liked the location, right in the heart of Panama. Good AC and hot water. "
