「Before arrival the staff was texting me inquiring about arrival and would we be dining at the restaurant. We chose to, and glad we did, more on that below. Upon arrival we got a bit confused, as Waze had us going one direction and the Parcheggio signs suggested another. I called the WhatsApp number and within minutes Danielo, staff member, was at our car directing where to check in. Excellent service! Parking which happens to be a top concern of mine, especially with a rental car where...

「This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent. 」
