The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!

Everything about the hotel was great; location high on the top of the mountain where you get a full scenic view of the sea and the town. Staff are very helpful friendly, room is very clean and all the hotel facilities are very clean. Breakfast was great with a variety of food and options. Shuttle from hotel to the center of Sorrento was very convenient and a schedule with several trips a day, public transportation across the street but we did not need it. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic destination this hotel is the place.

WOW. My mother and I loveeee Grand Hotel Due Golfi. Not only with how luxurious the hotel looks and feels but with the amazing customer service. Shout out to Ornela, Erika, Michael (bartender) & Gianluca (server for lunch & bar by the gorgeous infinity pool). They went out of their way to make my 25th birthday special with nice champagne upon arrival. The free shuttle service is a GEM that my mom and I definitely utilized. The restaurant recommendations, food, drinks and the digital booklet of pre sorted excursions were truly remarkable. When i am back in Sorrento, I will most certainly stay here again. I wish we had more time to have explored St Agatha (the town just a walk away). Everyone was so kind! 10/10!!!!!! Grazie Mille!!!!

I can’t say enough about this property and the amazing staff that always went above and beyond to help Us in any way. Whether directions, calling cab or ferry companies. The free shuttle into town was amazing and always on time with easy schedule. They used what’s app and I could ask them anything and they answered in timely manner. And above all the view was the absolute best. It sat up on top of sorrento with the stunning view sorrento, the bay of Naples and mount Vesuvius. Outstanding hotel. We will definitely be back

This hotel is lovely, the infinity pool is beautiful & the views magnificent. Staff at Reception & cleaners very friendly & helpful. Overall the hotel is well maintained & clean. The rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear your neighbours if they are talking or doing whatever. The hotel is also at least an hour's drive from Naples airport along narrow winding roads where the Italian drivers love to tail gate, swerve in & out & drive fast...so you have been warned. The hotel is a bit out of the way to get to any shops or restaurants you need to walk on the road a fair way before you find any pavement so it is a case of taking your life in your hands. But we found some nice shops & restaurants when we got there. Breakfast is pretty good but coffee not great according to my Spanish friend. The hotel restaurant is rather snooty for want of a better word but the food is extremely good with a price to match. If you want a holiday just lazing around an amazing pool then this is for you, otherwise I would suggest somewhere closer to the hustle and bustle of the city. My only other gripe is I booked the hotel last year for what I thought was a reasonable price for 4 of us with 2 sharing. On coming to pay the bill, ignoring the obscene amount of limoncello spritz we ordered it was more expensive than I remembered & was disappointed that this could not be rectified. So in all honesty I'm giving a mixed review. Take the information as you see fit.

We loved our stay and enjoyed the peaceful environment and escape away from the noise of the town and from our recent trip to Naples. The outdoor pool was breathtaking and never overcrowded. The balcony connected to our room was expansive and we could watch the sunset or sunrise from there. Truly beautiful. I wish they had a small store in the hotel where you could purchase mini snacks when it’s too late to travel into town or toiletry items but not a big deal. We would love to come back and stay again when in Sorrento! Amazing staff!

A perfect stay

I highly recomend this hotel. We spent a week here and it was perfect. The reception staff were always smiling and so very helpful. The free shuttle is great and the driver helpful and cheerful. The views are incredible and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge looking out to mount Versuvious in the background. The pool was fabulous and there was plenty of beds for everyone. Given the type of hotel and time of year we went there were very few children who were well behaved and the whole exience was of relaxation. We dined in the village and there is plenty of options and we ate so very well in the restaurants there. I would go back tomorrow!

Gorgeous hotel with outstanding service!

I am so thrilled to be staying at this gorgeous hotel ! I was warmly greeted by Amelia yesterday, whose customer service was absolutely outstanding! I decided to book another night, as I was exhausted from traveling, and she assisted me with all my needs. My room is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of Vesuvius. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service from Amelia, and the front desk staff. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, and at home.

Quiet and peaceful hotel near the top of the mountain. The room was lovely, with the beautiful decorative tile in the bathroom. We had a fantastic view of the bay which also overlooks the pool, and we never felt that the pool was noisy and we couldn’t hear anything from our room. Breakfast had a ton of options and the hotel’s restaurant was fantastic.
