「The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel was clean. Huge casino area which was also clean. Loved the free onsite, covered parking. Nice restaurant options at the hotel if you don’t want to go out. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back.」

「The air conditioning was not functioning and it was hot. The front desk gave discount 20% which is not worth it. My family did not get sleep after driving from chesterfield and doing entire day office. Not recommended. 」

「Pool and hot tub were out of order. Was never mentioned when I was making the reservation. Towels and facial tissue had not been restocked when we entered our room. Had to call front desk. Not the worst place but next time would spend a little extra for a better place.」

「The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)」

「Our stay was good overall. The rooms were a little musty smelling, couldn’t figure out why. Everything was clean though, no other complaints.」

「It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.」

「The check in was awful. Tried to check in at 3pm, as listed. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said it would be ready at 4pm. We came back around 5pm. After another 20 minutes, he handed me a key card. No real communication, just awful all the way around. Not very clean. My son found a spoon next to the bed on the floor. Would not recommend」

「The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any.」

「Check in was smooth. Actually got a quick tour of the facilities and where best to park. Restaurant & bar looked busy but we ordered a famous pizza close by. Located right on the water, full boat docks. Beds were comfy but older, room very clean. Super close to New Buffalo & Indians Dunes.」
