「The hotel is conveniently located just off of the highway with a variety of shopping near by. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to get our large group checked in and met all of our room requests.」

「Avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I begin? When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk for 5 minutes. Then when we finally got the room, it was dull and dingy. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. 「The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)」

「The room was lovely: spacious, upgraded furniture, clean. It was a pleasant surprise despite dismal building exterior and landscaping.」

「The room they checked me into was being worked on with drywall debris and equipment laying all around. Last time I stayed there the room was turned over everyday with fresh linen, but this time no turnover no cleaning and no fresh linens and we were there for four days! This stay was truly disappointing.」
