「I was under the impression this was a hotel. It is not, the desk is not manned except for a few hours a day. You have to notify the staff of the time of your arrival and then have a code to get in the giant wooden front door. There is an elevator that will fit only 2 people with small luggage and it lets you off where you still have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the front door of the property.
