The property is located perfectly to walking distance of metro that you can travel all around, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. It was confusing at first the address but we found it.. it’s and old property beautiful completely remodeled to new construction but very nice, ample, clean, the room was perfect for our group of 4. Breakfast was ok and the staff were very very nice specially the front desk person which I forgot his name, speak perfectly English and very helpful. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to naples..

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything nearby. A special thank you to the management team — Gulielmo, Alessandro, and Antonio — who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay in Naples. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

We booked this hotel very last minute and we were very happy with this find. The room was super clean, everything is modern, the AC worked perfectly and is very well located. You can walk to many to many places and the metro is right across the street. The staff was amazing, they were super helpful with helping us when we needed to go to the airport. Breakfast was great. We will go back and we highly recommend staying at Naples Plaza Duomo.

It is in a great area, very clean, great hvac, typical Italian hotel on the fourth floor of a resident building which is weird but the norm. Felt safe and the staff are very kind.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean, and the service was great. The only issue was that the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, and no one was available to help. Aside from that, we had a good stay.

The room was very clean and nice. The space was very quiet. We didn’t realize this was not a hotel, but just a well-kept bedroom and bathroom within a large apartment, with several other rooms with a similar use. Other than a live person checking us in and someone taking care of breakfast, we didn’t ever see any staff there. If you are expecting a large hotel with staff onsite, this isn’t it. The breakfast was lacking and could be improved with some fresh fruit.
