"The staff was very attentive and friendly. They answered all our questions accordingly and were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was great every morning we were there. Per personal preference, we did not have housekeeping come to our room every day of the three days that they were due to come in. Despite this, the front desk staff were very accommodating to giving us towels daily when we asked for them. Due to the pile of towels that housekeeping would have on their hands at the end of our stay, we made sure to leave a nice tip for them. 🙂 This was our first time in Puerto Rico and that staff of the Hyatt Place and the lovely atmosphere made it a very pleasant vacation."

"An excellent place to stay overnight after a long and delayed experience with our airline. A super quiet, comfortable and convenient hotel just 10 minutes from SJU. With parking on the premises! The surroundings, we had everything: markets to buy water and food, a nice coffee shop with breakfast named Arrope around the block. And the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended to stay in SJU and just use it to sleep and shower."

"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"
