「Great restaurant, super friendly staff, nice boat tours」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. We went without power for one night due to storms but that was not the hotels fault. There also was a ton of ants and spiders in the bathroom but as it is basically outside that came expected. If you are staying in the dome, be prepared to hear everything that is going on outside till at least 10 at night」

「Beautiful authentically guatemalan property offering great views of the Volcanoes and Lake Atitlan. No direct access to the lake but quick drive or walk to the Pana docks where you can catch a ferry boat to the different villages. Very clean, attentive staff and amazing food! 」

「The hotel is an older property, but it is very well maintained. The design layout is well done and the landscaping looks great. The view of the lake and the volcanoes was spectacular. The hotel also was centrally located to the very small town of Panajachel. Our tour guide met us in front of the hotel and it was a very short walk to the boats for a tour of some of the towns on the lake. We enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again. 」
