「The room was full of mosquitoes. Within a few minutes I had three bites. I asked the host what I could do and he gave me a spray. I sprayed the room but got two more bites. I left the guest house and asked for a refund of my reservation, but it was denied.」

「This hotel is a great option with a top location. The room was big enough, the staff very friendly and the included breakfast was a nice feature. The town is tiny and you can walk anywhere, but we discovered a shortcut behind the property that took us to the pier, that was very useful on our way back to Panajachel. 」

「Great location. Good views of Lake Atitlan from the porch. Very secure location. Hostess was most responsive. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring basic ingredients and groceries. Most of it is available at small street side stores five minutes from the house. Tuc tucs are readily available to travel into town or to local restaurants.
