"It's nothing like you see on line when you are booking on this hotel our room had blood stains on the bed covers the carpet looked like someone was murdered in there smelled like urine throughout the hotel this location is in the worst place of the city junkies throughout the streets trash as well so you better be careful booking this hotel "

The rooms could use some updates, bathroom work and some paint, TV didn't work properly, it kept losing signal or just freezing, but in a big picture okay stay but near SFO."

"Great location. Near the waterfront and North Beach (you can walk to everything. Unfortunately, my room needed a reno. The carpet, shower head and office chair need to go. I also don't think it was cleaned very well. "
