Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. 「We had no hot water in the shower. The temperature was cool. The rooms do not have direct windows to the outside so they are very dark. No breakfast buffet and the breakfast they did serve was mediocre at best. Four slices of burnt stale toast for two people. No variety of foods. They don’t even give us water. Had to ask for butter and salt and pepper. Completely unprepared. Located on a busy street. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Don’t waste your money. 」
