「整體體驗很不錯，環境以及服務都很佳！還是有些進步的空間像是房間進去會有點點受潮的味道！所以可以提醒他們拿除濕機或是香噴解決。 wellness服務真的很不錯，如果想去體驗安靜這邊非常適合！食物我也很喜歡種類多味道也好吃！ 最後希望他們可以提供換零錢的部分不然都只有大鈔很難給小費～」

「Beautiful clean property. This place is like a quite bungalow nestled in mountains with beautiful green view. It has clean pools, speckless shining bathrooms, and is very quiet. It does not have a cafe or places to shop around it. But we just wanted a clean serene comfortable place to stay. We extended our two nights to four nights and enjoyed our stay. There is only one or two staff in vicinity and they are very courteous and helpful. 」

「整體住宿是沒有太大的問題，但小蟲子太多某些角落有蜘蛛絲，管家蕾妮很熱情只是飯店代租價錢比較貴我們請她代煮消夜小小超過我們的預算因為旁邊有新的建築在施工所以會比較吵，維一比較掃興是我們從金巴蘭要過去庫普再接近它們飯店的小路在施工時間以經很晚滿車子行李車子又不能通過飯店竟然表示不能退，要退要扣一晚房費，著實傻眼難道要我們飛過去，他只給我們兩條路一條是繞遠路但須要多花1個多小時拜託已經晚上10點了欸是不用休息嗎～要不就是用走的過去他派車來接我們行李請人家扛頓時覺得好克難，只覺得飯店處理沒有人性化也沒想到時間那麼晚只堅持要做生意，這是我覺得非常不優秀的地方」
