「This is my third time to Rome, and this is my favorite hotel. The reception is very welcoming and willingly to help you. The Room is cozy and clean. The price you pay is totally worth it. You can even see the Doom of St. Peter's Basilica from the room. We had a great stay and I will definitely book this hotel if I had chance to Rome again!」

「The room was quiet and very comfortable with just the right amenities for a stay in Rome. The breakfast is by far the best buffet in a hotel we have ever had! Roel, the breakfast host, is great! He is very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable (and makes a great cappuccino). The staff in general are all great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The hotel is in a great location. 「El hotel es muy conveniente, cerca de estació de tren Roma Termini y a una distancia razonable de atractivos de la ciudad. El servicio es excelente, el desayuno con muy buenas opciones y sabroso. 「La estancia es tranquila y agradable, el personal es atento y uno puede estar tranquilo y agusto. Lo que recomiendo es que personal del hotel debe anticipar que cobran impuestos al turista y no al momento de hacer el check in. También deben informar al cliente que le pueden entregar el formato de requisitos para solicitar sus tax free. Por qué no lo hacen. Pero la atención es bueno, con excepción de lo antes comentado.」

「因为停车非常非常非常不方便，所以我们没有车；因为没有车，退房前一天让酒店工作人员帮忙约了第二天的出租车；因为意大利人不靠谱，定在早9点的出租车到了9点45还没来。因为出租没来，我们在酒店外苦苦等待；因为等的时间太久，我的相机包在7、8个人的眼皮子底下被人偷了；因为追小偷，我的脚骨折了。没找这家酒店索赔，就算是表示我大国子民的胸襟吧。」

「Beautiful modern room with a view friendly staff. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and it was close to the Borgese Museum and gardens. It didn't have the same old world charm as some other places in Rome, but it was a great value overall.」
