「I was able to secure a last-minute, week-long reservation here, but extending my stay proved to be highly frustrating. When I requested an extension to attend a funeral, the front desk staff provided inaccurate information, forcing me to pack up all of my belongings needlessly. The front desk manager, Corinne Johnson, was neither friendly nor professional and could greatly benefit from further training in basic hospitality. 「The property is currently being remodeled so not all amenities were open/available. We stayed in a portion of the newly remodeled hotel and it was great! Very clean, staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great! Would not hesitate to book here again.」

「Lady in front desk was kind she let us check out at 12 with no charge but the only bad thing you can’t check in before 3pm , we stay for two days due to Navy ceremony so we arrive 11am and me and my daughter we have to wait 4hrs to have a room which is really bad I ask the lay in front desk if don’t have any room available and she said maybe yeah but check in is at 3pm , Lady in the cafeteria was super nice always with a smile and good attitude I don’t know her name but she is pretty too...
