「Our room was impeccable and very spacious. They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was so nice! The poolside service and food were great. The only complaint is that the shower near the pool was not working so there was no way to wash off the sand from our feet before we got into the pool.」

You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. 「The pull out bed was broken all week even though we told the staff 4 times but they said they put a work order in so maybe it will be fixed B4 u go there lol. The bed had trash behind it and the pull out mattress from the broken pull out sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. 「Very outdated room, sheets were not clean, toilet didn’t flush, no staff at all and they go under the “self check in rule” , you have to pay additional 10 dollars a day for parking, only one elevator is working, whole place smells like; weed, mold, wet/ dirty carpets… Only good thing, that it was actively an Ocean view room.
