「Beyond expectations!!!」

「Checking in was really easy, and they even let us check in early. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The swimming pool was clean and felt nice. The elevator was small but I liked the decor. The room could have used a bit bigger trash can and the can in the hallway was overflowing. The only thing I am not happy about is my $100 deposit was not refunded and I have not been able to get into contact with anyone. I have tried to call and message and nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks...

The property is great & directly on beach, the pool deck is great but the outdoor shower was not working nor was the foot wash to rinse sand off after the beach. Had to wear sand covered shoes/ clothing through the halls and elevator up to the room to rinse off the entire family. 「Checkin was easy and the staff friendly. Ample parking. Room was clean, bathrooms were updated. Kitchette was newer with nice appliances, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc...Keurg coffee maker. Shampoo and body wash were nice and provided in the shower..lotion and soap provided at sink. Restaurant downstairs, nicely kept pool area, convenience beach access. Large, natural lot next door. It was a very easy and enjoyable weekend.」
