「Birds attacked multiple guests in the pool area, hotel staff told us that they had already reported it and there was nothing they could do about it. 「The staff were overworked which led to less than friendly service. I had requested a balcony. I did get the balcony, but on the second floor. There were too many kids and families not maintaining their children. Carrying on all hours and even at 7am carrying on. You should know that single travelers and families should not be placed together. Big mistake. Huge! Your single travelers should be on the top floors with your families on the lower floors. And you should not charge for parking....

「Checking in was really easy, and they even let us check in early. The room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. The swimming pool was clean and felt nice. The elevator was small but I liked the decor. The room could have used a bit bigger trash can and the can in the hallway was overflowing. The only thing I am not happy about is my $100 deposit was not refunded and I have not been able to get into contact with anyone. I have tried to call and message and nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks...

「Worst place we have ever stayed Dirty bathtub had hair in it. Sheet had fresh stain. Floor was dirty. Room was old and musty. Mattress was very hard, sheets were scratchy. We reserved 4 days, left after 2. Lost money as there was no refund. But just wanted out of there. Expedia had this place as an 8 rating, NO WAY!」

「Beautiful property in a very great location. Bach front access . You need a key to enter and exit the main areas which made us feel very safe . Attending staff was very helpful and nice . 10/10 recommend! 」
