「I was told not to stay here, but took a chance anyways. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to play at the Winstar casino and decided to stay in Gainesville because it was cheaper. The room was cleaner than I expected, minus a few bugs around the room. 「The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.」

「This is place is a joke and I would not ever recommend staying. #1 The hotel advertised a breakfast but they were out of everything. The lobby area where you would have a breakfast smelled so bad I thought it was sewer. #2 It is infested with roaches the size of Texas. We turned around and reported the bugs, asked for a refund and did not stay. The receptionist was suppose to get the information for refund emailed. i have not heard a word. You are taking a chance if you choose this place. ITS...

「It was 8 pm when I arrived and the gentleman at the front desk said house keeping had not cleaned my room yet so please give him a few minutes so HE could go get it ready. I had no confidence that the room I would be getting would actually be properly and completely clean if he had to do it himself self, especially after taking a look around the place, so I left. If your 5 hours behind on house keeping, the customers money should be refunded. The man at the front desk was polite and very nice.」
