「This is the place we stay at when visiting family in Bells, Tx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only shower and stay the night, so it fit our need and budget. 3 of us stayed this trip. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t use the lamp that had extra plugs in the base and we could have used it for all the cells we had to charge. We didn’t have toilet paper, but we always carry when we travel. There was 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us, but only 2 of us had showered. I’m sure...

「Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. 「If I was you ALL, BUDGET INNS are 2 steps away from staying in a homeless establishment . BED was good A/C barely worked . Restroom Stool was New . Rest room Door was off hinge , No towel rack . clean towels and rag. Shower was rusted out . I'm NOT a gripper I told my wife I was sorry for putting her in such , a Dive.」

「Pool was great! And unlike many resort pools, the service for a beverage was plentiful. However, the main restaurant was closed on Wednesday of our Wed/Thur stay. On Thur night when we did finally get to go to the restaurant they over cooked our $50 steak. The pool snack bar was also closed and it seemed like housekeeping was short staffed because the hallways were lined with bags of trash and dirty linens all day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit. 」
