「The first room had dirty sheets and they had no housekeeping. There was no pool like there was supposed to be. There was no breakfast in the morning. Also paid 150 for my room which was overpriced and the hotel looks like a worker hotel just very run down. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.」

「For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area.」

「Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. 「Check in clerk was very friendly and accommodated our request for room location. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Grandkids loved the breakfast options, including cereal and waffles. Food was warm. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling through.」

「Pool was great! And unlike many resort pools, the service for a beverage was plentiful. However, the main restaurant was closed on Wednesday of our Wed/Thur stay. On Thur night when we did finally get to go to the restaurant they over cooked our $50 steak. The pool snack bar was also closed and it seemed like housekeeping was short staffed because the hallways were lined with bags of trash and dirty linens all day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend.」

「This room was excellent. Very clean. We were there for a softball tournament. My only complaint would be to get another washer and dryer. I had to wash uniforms and had to wait on a guy for a long while. Besides that very comfy beds. Everything was great. As to getting there the construction was rough. But very good overall.」

「The stay wasn’t too bad. You get what you pay for. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed is awful though they definitely could upgrade those. It was so hard and kept sliding around.」
