The desk clerks were friendly and accomadating. The room was large and quiet. The breakfast was a buffet and the cooks kept it refilled,clean and hot. Very pleasant stay. We will be returning. They also accept pets and only charge $30 per pet per night.

Nice Stay

It was a little bumpy at check in, but the front desk girl was amazing at helping us get the room we needed. Pool was nice and breakfast ok.

Several places to eat close by and shop. Felt very safe inside and outside. Parking was abundant. I parked right by front door. Room was large, clean with microwave and refrigerator. Only thing I missed was a coffee pot to make coffee when I got up but got some with included breakfast. Staff were friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. Very nice stay.

The lady at the front desk was a very friendly and helpful. There were a couple things in our room that were looked over by the maid. Our window wasn't completely shut and when I opened the curtains there were two wasps in our room. Not a big deal. I was able to deal with them. Our Kleenex box was almost empty and what was in it was wet. Everything else was fine. It's an older hotel.

Our check in was easy and the staff was very nice. When we entered our room, the carpet was ripped up in the doorway. We had to push it back down. I went to put some supper leftovers in the mini fridge and one shelf was full of water. Looked like the freezer defrosted. The carpet was damp in front of the mini fridge also. The rest of the carpet felt a little sticky. Breakfast had quite a few options.

This is our third stay at the Best Western in Madill. We will soon begin construction on our home nearby and will stay there frequently during construction. They are very friendly and check in is a breeze. We are able to take our dogs with us.
