「We booked this apartment for a friend’s 50th girls getaway. The apartment met every expectation and went above and beyond.. The web site pictures and description were accurate to the apartment . It felt as it came out of a vogue magazine meticulously decorated. The The location was felt safe and centrally located to everything we wanted to see . We chose the room with balcony overlooking the river,which was breathtaking . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here...

「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」

「The drive to the hotel in the 'Lesser Town' was - given the many tourists and school groups touring the neighborhood - somewhat unnerving as the streets with their cobblestone pavement were obviously not laid out for car traffic (and there was construction going as well.
