「The hotel was located close to many of the tourist attractions. When we arrived we were met by a warm welcome and were shown to our room. The rooms were spacious and lovely and warm. The hotel was quiet too. The breakfast each morning was delicious and there were many different options to cater for all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.」

「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」
