We had a wonderful 4nights here. The staff were amazing. Special shout out to Amadeus and Sara who went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of selection and good coffee.

This hotel is a hidden jem. It is in the middle of residential neighbourhood with big windows, and lots of natural lights. However, noise is one thing that I give it 4 stars because our room is in the corner of the street surrounded by restaurants and bars. It can get noisy at night till very early in the morning like 4am. No wonder the hotel installed two layers of windows.

This hotel punches way above its weight. The staff are very efficient and helpful. Speaking excellent English they were of great help throughout our stay. We had checked in online so we only had the shortest of stays in reception before going to our room. The room was towards the back of the hotel and was very quiet. But I think all the rooms would be quiet as it’s sat back from the nearest busy roads. The room itself was very clean, bright and spacious. Lots of storage space. A large counter/desk with fridge under and coffee/hot water machine on top. The bed was a twin linked together but was very comfortable and very big. The bathroom was modern, well finished, clean and spacious. Everything in the room was functional and well thought out. Couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was good and plentiful, catering for every need. Cereals, cakes, continental, cooked, pastries, fruit, juices etc and all very fresh. Its location is a 2 min walk from several tram stops on 2 lines. It’s only a 15 min walk to the Charles Bridge & another 5 to the Old Town Square. We thought the location was ideal. There are numerous small bars, restaurants and mini markets in the neighbourhood, so plenty on offer. There is a small bar right opposite the hotel we used as a nightcap place. So cheap and the beer so good! Really recommend this hotel. You would not be disappointed!

Our room was amazing. The size and all the amenities!! The staff was very helpful. We wanted help making a bowling reservation - they took care of everything. GREAT breakfast offering. I would definitely want to come back to this hotel if I return to Prague
