The location is convenient, 5 minutes walk from subway station and trams. Close to a mall and lots of restaurants close by. The only thing I wish the hotel would provide is a hand towel. They only provide a bath towel.

Amazing location, super well connected through metro and tram. There were many stores and restaurants around and most of the touristic spots of Mala Strana were a few stops away which is specially convenient if you want to avoid step hills to get to your accommodation after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was friendly, they even let us check in earlier than expected and stored our bags the whole afternoon after our check out in a secure room. 10/10, we left happy and with a positive impression of the hotel and its general conditions.

The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague.
