「Overall excellent hotel, except the beach is too far and no service within the beach area」

「房間大，1樓有洗衣機，但不行用現金及信用卡，不過一樓的櫃檯人員可以幫忙用其他的支付方式，再給他現金就好 房間有小黒蠅，感覺比較不好 另外房間也沒附盥洗備品需要自己帶，也沒有體重機秤行李」

「These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

「The hotel is located only 20-min drive from Mari Mari Cultural Village and offers great views of both sunset from the restaurant and the sunrise from the Rose Villa. The only disappointing thing was the long wait for breakfast, which caused us to leave for Kinabalu Park much later than we planned. 「The view of the beach is quite good. The sunset with the beach is great. But all others are bad. First of all, the resort is far from city centre. All of the local tour need to charge with extra cost for hotel pick up. The beach has jellyfish that we could not swim there. The taxi is expensive from the hotel to the city. The staff is not helpful. The hot water has been broken in the first night of our stay which we need to shower with cold water. We booked spa there but the staff has been late...
