Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16

Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16

8/10 Good
"Staff is friendly and accommodating. Lobby is well designed and smells strongly of fragrance. The hallways of the rooms definitely had a musky smell to them unfortunately. I didn’t really enjoy how my room looked like - their rooms definitely could use a style update. Some of the finishes in my bathroom were loose and flimsy. I had a city view and it was okay - pretty boring to look at during the day but it gets pretty at night when the lights of the other buildings nearby turn on. Breakfast on the 6th floor was filling. It’s a buffet style and they have various options to help you get started with your day exploring Macau. Location wise - it’s pretty walkable to restaurants and shops. Senado Square is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. While I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff of this hotel, I’d probably look into other places first before coming back. The price you pay for one night is just not really worth it for what you get!"

"The room was super clean and staff were very helpful. We did not order the breakfast due to its cost, but there were affordable food options nearby including a supermarket. We booked different rooms for different days. The staff upgraded our room, so we did not have to move our luggage to a different room. Transportation options are plentiful."

"We enjoyed our stay here at Belive&More. If you’re exploring the historic heart of Macau, it is very centrally located. The room was clean and definitely on the cosier side in terms of space, so ensure you are efficient in what you bring along. They provide free coffee, tea, water bottles, and even biscuits which was a nice touch. In addition to bathroom necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, and razor/ shaving cream are also provided. There is also a lounge downstairs where you can heat up any food you bring from outside of the hotel, as well as a place to eat or. For the price, I thought it was a great value."
