Much better than expected! Lovely staff

Super clean Super friendly staff Good size room Epic restaurant and downstairs cafe had amazing food and drinks Lovely common area Every time we asked for something, they were quick to respond Good sound isolation Areas for improvement: - housekeeping often forgot to make beds, but did everything else great - sofa bed is super uncomfortable, don’t recommend - laundry service a bit confusing and staff not fully trained on troubleshooting- they however helped us extending our time using it which was much appreciated

We had a great time staying here! The hotel lobby had a cafe, which made it convenient for us to get coffee in the mornings! the facilities offered were also nice, which included the gym and coffee/tea station. As a girl with frizzy hair, I must say that the hair conditioner provided in the bathroom was superb! It kept my hair smooth and hydrated! I highly recommend staying here as the location was prime and it’s a great price! Special thanks to the manager Kenny for the warm hospitality, as well as Susie and Yoyo for the fantastic service!

very well decorated with interesting art items, rooms are quite true to the posted photos. staff were friendly and provided the required assistance. location is within 15-20min walk of senado square, the nearest shuttle bus appears to be the one from grand lisboa.

Great for my short solo trip to Macau!

Facilities were very comfortable and clean. Location is wonderful and easily walkable to so many restaurants, landmarks, and transportation. The only problem I encountered was very loud construction throughout the day (both on the street and on the building itself). Staff was kind enough to move me to a quieter room upon request. Front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

Must not left anything behind

Location close to bus stop. Cleanliness and environment satisfied. WiFi bad signal in the room, using own data for all 3 nites. Left my fitflop worth around 100USD and call back to check is it there after check out.The customer service replied nothing at the room. But I am very sure that the shoes are left at the hotel as I wear it on the first day and only change in the hotel. The hotel is the only stay of my trip. Housekeeping must have not been honest.
