Excellent service, I'm delighted with the Asian hospitality. The staff and management are very responsive. I'm so glad I was here during Typhoon Ragasa. Quality of service is exceeding expectations.

It was great location , Staff are very approachable and helpful.

Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

Location - very good. Staff - fantastic and awesome. They know what a 5 star customer experience is. First class with customers happiness in mind. Resort deck - fantastic. Room - good size and super clean.

Such a stunning hotel. Very close to Macau Ferry terminal. It's such a lovely area to walk around in as well to get a taste of Macau itself. The Sands Resort opposite has a lovely casino and use of the shuttle buses between Sands and the other casinos and ferry terminal. The hotel itself is Art Nouveau in design and absolutely stunning. The room was large with a massive bed. The swimming pool was really lovely. The buffet breakfast is great value with a lot of choice. The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay
