「We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. 「What a fantastic location to be close to the Wynwood walls (a hotel that is the backdrop) and an eclectic community. Restaurants were fantastic, quite pricey, but not surprising.」

「The property is clean, spacious and in a great location. The check in process is not as smooth as it sounded. I tried to do everything before arrival, and I thought I could use all the codes the provided and go straight to my room. No. You still need to go to the lobby and purchase the parking code to access the garage which is very narrow and low. Keep this in mind if you are driving a large car. Other than that, it was a good stay. Cannot comment on the rest of the amenities as we only stayed...

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
