「Property has a lot of potential, but it needs some more attention to elevate it to where it should be. My family and I stayed 5 nights in a 2/2. The unit was spacious and clean, but missed the mark a bit. The unit itself was very dark. Lighting is awful. They have a few nice lamps from Crate and Barrel, but the overhead lights were super cheap and harsh blue, I felt like I was in a parking garage. It was depressing. 「We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. 「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

However, the air conditioning did not stay cool throughout the day, and at night I could not sleep well because the room became too warm. Without cool air, my anxiety started to come back. The staffs are friendly.」

「Perfect location for a stay in downtown Miami. Close to the bayside and shopping centers. Would recommend to anyone visiting downtown Miami. I will definitely be going back here one day.」

「The front desk staff were stiff and not very welcoming. The bar and food were a very real issue. Simple food orders took over an hour for most guests. I waited 1 and a half hours for avocado toast and then told they were out of avocado. The people next to me had order chips and guac. 40 min prior and told they were our of avocado?!?!?!」
