「Such a beautiful and amazing hotel, service was available 24/7 and it was so peaceful and perfect for a girls trip」

Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. 「We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. Pool was clean and very nice, with hot tub and some cabanas for daytime, but our evening swim and the night lights view was...

「If you want a peaceful stay, this is not the place nor the area. It's a ver livefull area with lots of people, parties, traffic, etc. But the hotel is great for the value.」

「The hotel is nice, but severely overpriced. The cafe sells bottled water for 15$. You need to leave the property to buy any essentials. The area is very walkable. I used the gym twice, and both times the water cooler was empty, and there were no sterilizing wipes for the equipment.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
