「Additional prices at checkout were a suprise since we had breakfast twice and no other charges but the bill reflected a bunch of other charges that were not quoted at the initial room price. We were under the assumption that all charges were in the room cost per night. i understand the breakfast was additional but the room for 2 nights was arouns $320.00 then breakfast added was aproximately $100.00 or so but our final bill was $620.00 with alll the additional fees. Just saying it was a bit of a...

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Would not recommend this hotel. The room set up is very awkward and poor. The queen rooms have 2 beds in an L-shape. Can only to the window shade, by climbing on the bed at the foot. The chain for the shade is at the head of the bed. There are no side tables. No desk or console to place items. No chair to sit in. If 4 people stayed in the room, only one person would be able to get in and out of a bed "normal." Everyone else has to either climb over a person or get in crawling from the...

「I stayed here for a visit to the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. It's an easy 10 min walk away. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Convenient parking for a fee. Missed breakfast, but I hear it's good! : ) Oh, and relaxing noon checkout. Plus, they let me leave my car parked there until my doctor's visit was done around 1:30pm. Very helpful. I'll stay here again when I have my work done.」
