"Nice hotel, well located. Close to tube & shops for water/snacks. Staff helpful & welcoming. Didn’t try the food. My room was clean & bed comfy but I opted for a single & it was a very small room. Safe would not open because of how it was drilled into the cabinet. It was a very practical & safe place to stay & happy to recommend it."

But I have hotels.com VIP status, and neither was it recognized nor did I get offered an upgrade (which should be automatic). The hotel is clean, which is good. Fabulous location, afternoon tea was wonderful and the Gordon Ramsey restaurants did not disappoint. Again, the hotel staff were the heroes of our stay! We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!"

The room is quite small, especially the bathroom sink. A faucet with a bit more counter space would be much more convenient and comfortable. Overall, pleasant for a short stay."

"Lovely hotel with attentive staff. We rented a king room which was exceptionally maintained and clean. Our only complaint was the lack of storage, no drawers and a closet that was only about 12-inches wide. Consequently we had to live out of suitcases for a week which had to be stored on top of a small couch and table leaving no sitting area. I would recommend the hotel but not recommend a king room except for an overnight stay. In essence, be prepared to pay extra if you want a closet to hang your clothes in or a drawer to place them in."
