"overall satisfactory but I have doubt why it's a top rated hotel it's surprising that the window curtain are still not ready when we first move in"
"Conveniently located but the blinds in my room did not work so could not get natural light in the room room # 501"

Middle Eight - Preferred Hotels and Resorts
"The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. "

"The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind. However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!"
