The hotel’s beautiful setting and prime location made it easy to explore the city—just steps from the underground and within walking distance of historic landmarks and great dining. "The rooms are compact, to say the least, but that is the only drawback to this hotel. Even though the rooms are not large, they are well-designed making optimum use of space (get the largest room available). The hotel is well-maintained, and the location could not be better. Steps from Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, two major tube stations and multiple theatres. Best of all though, is the staff. From the clerks at the front desk to the housekeepers to the baristas, you could not ask for a more attentive, hard-working, and accommodating group. I don’t know if management appreciates how amazing this team is, but they must for they work together like a caring family. You will find more spacious accommodations with fancier accoutrements nearby (The Savoy is a stone’s throw away) but you won’t find a better group of people committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. "
