「Absolutely amazing people and service. The Italian designers feel penetrates the entire buildings which used to be a church. Love the experience. Again, employees are so friendly and nice! Totally happy 」

「The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help answer any questions about the room or London. We really enjoyed some of the private areas the hotel offered to staying guests.」

「Location is perfect for sightseeing around central London. That said, the pillows are atrociously bad, wounded up having neck pain everyday waking up. And for the love of all that’s holy, bring or buy yourself proper toothpaste. The ones came with the dental kits would take the time it takes to make the Stonehenge to squeeze enough for a proper brush.」

「The hotel is near the Enbankment tube station. You can walk to the bank of the river as well. Room is clean and comfortable」

「The hardware is nice, location is perfect and generally staff were helpful. But housekeeping is a bit hit and miss. Eg They never showed for turn down, and they ask you to order breakfast with the card but never provided a card. Some items (that are complimentary) were replenished whilst others were not. But overall a great hotel and I would stay here again. 」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...
